Thank you to those of you who were able to join us in person for making the journey and it was a great pleasure to see you there… for those of you who could not make it this time but joined us virtually, thank you for being with us remotely.
Our virtual platform closes on September 15, but if you missed, or would like to review, any of the Congress lectures, our program content is available for you OnDemand to view at your leisure over the coming months.
Registered delegates can log in to their ISAPS profile [International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (xcdsystem.com)] and click on the Congress On Demand button to browse the content by program days.

Due to COVID-19 regulations you MUST register in advance of attending, except by special arrangement.
We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance for your hotel and flight bookings to account for any changes in travel plans due to COVID-19.
ISAPS is not responsible for any travel cancellations as a result of COVID-19.
CME Certification: We have made a request for CME credits to be applied to the Congress.
Non-members can get 50% off their fees for August to December 2021 by contacting memberservices@isaps.org and asking for a discount code.
Our “ISAPS pending application status” means that applicants who are waiting for their application to be approved will be able to register as a member as soon as they have applied!

Cancellation Policy | Special Provisions due to COVID-19:
- For those colleagues who have already registered for the Vienna Congress this year, your registration has been automatically maintained for the new date next year. As an extension of our gratitude and goodwill, you will be given a complimentary VIP Lounge pass for the Congress in 2021.
- If you are unable to attend on our new dates, please request a refund by responding to isaps@isaps.org and we will gladly process your request without any penalties.
- For your travel arrangements, we recommend that you contact your travel agency and hotel as soon as possible to modify your bookings. It is your responsibility to cancel your hotel reservation and airline bookings
- The complimentary access to the World Congress for FIRST members will be extended to 2021 automatically.
